Inside the Mandala
One hour beneath a living sky of mandalas, fractals, and sacred geometry, carried by live sound. A space to let your nervous system finally exhale.
Zeidler Dome, TELUS World of Science - Edmonton
Most of us live a half-step ahead of ourselves, bracing for the next thing. We rarely give the body permission to fully land.
Inside the Mandala is that permission. For one hour, the Zeidler Dome at TELUS World of Science - Edmonton becomes a sanctuary, the outside world dissolves, and live sound moves through the room like weather. Above you, mandalas breathe and turn, drawing the mind into stillness the way a campfire does.
Come as you are. Leave lighter.
This is not a show you watch. It is a field you rest inside, where sound, light, and breath move through you together under a 360° dome.
Mandalas and fractals unfold overhead in stunning resolution across the full dome, geometry that slows the mind and softens the gaze.
Crystal bowls, gongs, and voice played live and wrapped in surround sound, frequencies you feel in the body, not just the ears.
A guided arc designed to move you out of fight-or-flight and into deep parasympathetic rest, the kind real repair happens in.
Settle back into the dome's leaning seats. No effort, nothing to do or get right. Simply arrive and be carried.
For the first time, The Mindful Mandala Wellness brings an experience like this to the Zeidler Dome at TELUS World of Science - Edmonton. Jeanine and Matt have spent their lives close to sound, and they shape this one hour with a single intention, to hold a space safe enough for your body to fully let go.
Jeanine's journey into sound healing began in Mexico, where she first felt how deeply vibration could settle the body. She has been guiding sound baths since 2021, holding space for hundreds of sessions and clients, and now brings that practice home to Edmonton through The Mindful Mandala Wellness. As a sound alchemist, she reads a room with practiced care and stays attentive from the first note to the last. With her, there is nothing to do or get right, only to arrive, exhale, and let yourself be gently held.
Matt is a lifelong musician and professional audio engineer who has spent years inside live rooms. He understands exactly how sound moves through a space and through the body, and he keeps every frequency warm, balanced, and comfortable, never overwhelming. The sound is always tended, so you can simply receive it.

None at all. There is nothing to learn, do, or get right. You simply recline and let the sound and visuals do the work. First-timers are deeply welcome.
Wear something soft and comfortable you can fully relax in. The dome seats recline, so everything you need to be held is already there. Just bring yourself.
Doors open at 6:15 PM and close at 6:30 PM when the experience begins. Please give yourself time to park, settle, and arrive unhurried. Late entry is not possible once we start.
Sound experiences are gentle and well-tolerated by most, but if you are pregnant or managing a medical condition, please check with your care provider first and reach out to us with any questions.
Absolutely. Many guests come solo and find it one of the most restorative things they do for themselves. You will be among kind, like-minded people.
The dome holds a finite number of guests, and this first journey will move quickly.
